Consolidating the volunteer's leadership capacity so that they can promote, motivate and encourage other students to strengthen their self-esteem and critical spirit.

Overview

Multi-annual project that seeks to strengthen the integral formation of the volunteer high school graduates of the CEAs (Afroecological Educational Communities), by generating spaces for reflection and training, in order to have the support of trained, committed young people with initiatives, who can provide an efficient service in the integral formation of the other students, who are still studying.

Complementarily, it is intended to promote spaces for reflection, training and motivation of volunteers in order to strengthen knowledge and consolidate work strategies as auxiliary educators for the benefit of other students.
